Wonderfully close to Blueridge, Tocoa River tubing, hiking to a waterfall, Mercier Orchards. We brought all our food so didn’t try any restaurants. Enjoyed the beautifully decorated home inside and out opting to dine at “home”. Great fun playing cards, board games and tried pool as well.
Two couples and an adult son got to sleep in 3 separate bedrooms. Enjoyed a night out by the campfire, note to self – bring marshmallows next time. I’m not a mountains type as from flatlands Florida so I didn’t drive but the roads were fine. A couple close places but July was a perfect time to celebrate 30th & 60th birthdays.
