Our family stayed at Dreamview Cabin for Christmas and boy does this cabin live up to its name. The views are absolutely breathtaking. When we first arrived, it was evening so we immediately noticed the beautiful glow of the salt lamp and candles as we walked through the door. It was absolutely perfect and calming after an 11 hour trip with two small kids. The owners, Doug and Donna were very responsive and kind. They put a lot of thought into making sure we had a wonderful experience at their cabin. They were even so kind to have the heater set before we arrived. The cabin was spotless and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with lots of spices and a variety of cookware. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. I especially enjoyed the large jetted tubs in the bathrooms. Our kids ages five and two enjoyed playing games in the basement and they absolutely loved the swing set. Everything about our trip was absolutely perfect. We did get lost on our first night there because our GPS misguided us but Doug and Donna were kind enough to help us get back back on track. After that we used Google map and made it around the city and back just fine. I would recommend arriving before dark on the first day because it does get pretty dark up there but after seeing everything during day, the drive is a piece of cake. Overall, this was an excellent vacation and we can’t wait to visit again.
