Odom Springs Vineyards & Winery
Odom Springs Vineyards, a family-owned estate winery, nestles in the verdant rolling hills of North Georgia. Situated less than two hours north of Atlanta, at the western edge of Union County near Blairsville, it lies in an area locally referred to as the Young Cane community. When traveling east on Hwy 515 from Blue Ridge towards Blairsville, you'll find the vineyards about a mile into Union County, just beyond Sharptop Mountain.
Fainting Goat Vineyards
Many people inquire about the origin of our name. It's a term of endearment we use for one another. For years, we've cared for a mountainous terrain, much like a goat would. One exhausting day, after laboring to the mountain's peak, we nearly collapsed from fatigue. From that moment, we've affectionately called each other the Fainting Goats. And yes, we do have goats! Our beloved fainting goats, Ronnie and Reagan, are always eager to greet visitors for some petting and playtime. Alongside them, we offer award-winning wines, a breathtaking view that seems divinely crafted, and a profound passion for our venture. Ellijay River Vineyards
Established in 2010, the Ellijay River Vineyards span nearly twenty acres of what was once farmland, situated along the banks of the Ellijay River in the North Georgia mountains. Nestled in the Whitepath area of Gilmer County, positioned between Ellijay and Cherry Log, the vineyard rests at an elevation of 1400 feet. It occupies a south-facing, gently sloping hill with predominantly sandy soils, located on the inner side of a bend in the Ellijay River.
