Harvest on Main in Downtown Blue Ridge

This is a restaurant I would highly recommend to anyone. We visited Harvest on Main in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge for the lunch hour. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was cozy and rustic (the perfect mountain feel). Oh, and the food….was fantastic! Doug and I ordered their “lodge kettle” for our appetizer, but is really a hearty soup with beans and rice. It was plenty for the 2 of us. For our meal, we ordered the Blackened Salmon BLT with a side of couscous flavored with kalamata olives and lemon juice. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the couscous was the perfect accompaniment. Both our meals and appetizer came to under $35. Since we went for lunch we didn’t order any drinks, but they do offer a full bar in the back. We plan to eat here again!
